The porous concrete block producer TÜRK YTONG, founded in the year
1963, has become the world’s second largest Ytong producer with its
5 production facilities having a capacity of 1.2 million m3/year.
Üründül Group acquired shares from the company in 1992 and currently
is the largest shareholder after Xella Group and Ytong's global
parent company. Türk Ytong has a capacity utilization of
approximately 85%.
