Yesilirmak Elektrik Enerji Uretim A.S. was incorporated in Ankara in 2011. The company's portfolio includes the Yeşilirmak 1 Regulator and HEPP, construction of which was completed in the Reşadiye district of the Tokat city. The Yeşilırmak 1 HEPP has an installed power of 14.25 MWe and an annual electricity generation of 40 million kw-hrs. Its construction was completed in 20 months and has started its operations in March 2013.
